MTN refusing to replace my phone.

On the 29th of May 2015, I went to the above mentioned store to make an upgrade on my cell-phone contract since I was due. I did all the paper work with the consultant and I received the new phone with all its accessories. Among other things that were explained to me was that should the phone give me any problem within the first 6 months, the phone will be replaced. <br> I used the phone for less than five months and it started giving me problems with the microphone and camera, I took it back to the service provider on the 2nd of September 2015 for replacement and I was told that the phone has some scratches therefore it cannot be replaced but they could rather take it in for repair. I did as such and it was return on the 16th of October 2015. I checked the phone in the shop and nothing was done on it and I refused to take it. Around the 1st week of November 2015 they called, informing me that the phone has been repaired and ready for collection. I asked the guy who called me to use me phone to called me so that we can check If the microphone is fine and it was established that the microphone is still not fixed. The guy told me that he is going to book the phone in again and indicate
