MTN REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY

On the 24 August 2022,I made a duplicate payment on the MTN App, I phoned them same day to request a refund, I was asked to submit a bank statement ,i emailed it on the 26th August and again in the 31st August.. I still have not received my refund, yesterday I was told that it was processed on the 3rd September, I phoned this morning am being told its not processed yet... I want my money back REF : 1- ***
