MTN refusing to refund

I purchased a home internet online (www.mtn.co.za) on the 9th of December 2024, for the amount of R869.00. Minutes later, a consultant by the name of Siphokazi called to advise that my order had been cancelled. she then advised that she will call me back by cob, but she never did. I contacted the call centre was taken pillar to post with no assistance. Then i wrote an email to customer care on the 19th of December 2024, and was asked for proof of payment and bank details, which i provided. i was then advised that my refund will be processed once my funds reflect on their system which takes 48 hours. it is now the 02 Jan 2025 and no-one has rep**** to me since.
