Mtn refusing to honour their own deals
<p>I went to upgrade to a deal on a MTN Pamphlet (Big Booster Promotion) but now they are refusing it saying that it expired on the 28th of February, but in the terms and conditions of the pamphlet it says deals valid until 31st of March 2017. Thats false advertising. And the way Ive been treated by the local staff regarding the issue is offputting, I'm considering to move my contract to another service provider.</p>
