MTN refusing to cancel contract

My wife and I had a router contract at MTN and it ended three months ago fully paid. We've requested that they cancel the contract not to renew it but they keep on renewing the contract and upgrading it.

They keep debiting my wife's account despite number of times we asked them to cancel the contract!!
