MTN REFUSING TO CANCEL CONTRACT

I’ve been trying to cancel my bill for the last 3 months to no avail. You call centre line doesn’t go through for cancellations and your stores don’t assist with cancellations. You’re still charging me for data I’m not receiving because you blocked the data.
