MTN REFUSING ME TO SETTLE & CLOSE MY CONTRACT

I have called and email so many times requesting a settlement letter on my contract but no one responds and I noticed that the settlement amounts vary from consultant to consultant.

I made it clear that I have been retrenched, sent proof and told them that going forward I will fail to honour this agreement - they better give me a settle quote with exemption to penalty fees.
