Mtn refusing fix my phone
I signed an mtn contract for an iphone 5c, for R275 per month,100mb,100airtime,25smes with nashua mobile last year around 26 march 2014 and the handset started displaying a black screen in December 2014.I then took it to mtn northgate on 29December 2014 so they can fix it.On 19 february 2015 they told me they cannot fix it because its from cell c.Mtn is now saying i need to pay them R300 to have my phone back and take it to cell c even though they have not fixed it and they do not want to fix it.I have not used a cell c line on the phone and i do not have a cell c contract.I am paying mtn monthly for that contract and its a 2year contract.
