MTN REFUSES TO TAKE ME OFF MY CONTRACT
I have been with MTN for many years, my last contract was 24months that ended in October 2015. I have phoned, sent emails to MTN several times asking them to cancel my contract but they refuse to. At first they said i owed money that I didnt know about. I paid the money and still they send me those minutes every month to keep me. Now they have cancelled my out going facility, I cant call, sms or be on the Net. I am so tired of this stupid service provider, i just wanna carry on using my number on prepaid but now im considering going to another network. CAN SOMEONE FROM MTN CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
