MTN refuses to stop expired contract debit order !!!

MTN refuse to cancel expired contract and keep deducting payments even after email notification to MTN and request to cancel the contract.

I dont even have any simcard or phone on mtn contract because the contract came to end and expired August 2018.

But MTN dont reply on email. I went in to MTN shop at shelly centre but was informed that they cannot do cancellation there.

Is that the way business works ???
