Absolute worst company to deal with. Pity I renewed my contract. Should have left. Ported out.

All I want is a monthly statement (detailed). NOpe. You can get an invoice, but not a statement. All you get is 'you owe us this and that and that'....

Surely by law they should send you a monthly statement. Hate dealing with them. Roll on August 2022....
