MTN refuses to port number to Vodacom
I have been trying to port my telephone number from MTN to Vodacom since 6 January 2015. Today Vodacom confirmed that the 7th attempt at porting has failed. The account manager does not respond to my emails and simply does not attend to the problem every singe time I give the feedback that the porting has failed. I do not know what else to do to get this person to do his job. MTN has all the information instructions and documents from the account holder.
