MTN refuses to port me to vodacom

I requested to have my number *** ported to vodacom from MTN by contacting *** and they confirmed that it was confirmed by sending smses , however the porting never happened, I still couldn’t use the vodacom sim because MTN didn’t let my number go.

At this point I feel stuck and helpless , I don’t want to be on the MTN network and when I want to leave they don’t process the porting.

I want help to get out of the MTN network, I don’t owe them anything and my wishes as a customer should respected and they should process the porting asap.

MTN is very unprofessional and unfair in forcing customers to remain in their network by refusing customers to port.
