MTN refuses to pay my claim for insured phone

MTN has been deducting insurance fees from 2016 and when I try to claim they say it's too late, I have paid close to R 4000.00 I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and cannot believe I wasted my money on them. MTN is a **** they don't care about their customers they only care about money.
