MTN REFUSES TO HELP

They haven't even got the common decency to respond to my complaint on Hello Peter, my point in this whole exercise exactly, they just don't care! How is one supposed to get somebody at MTN to take you seriously? They are clearly not a serious company! So disgusted in this lack of response.
