MTN refuses to end contract ons contract end date

Iv been with MNT 12 years and I took out a new contract with mtn 2 years ago which ends today I called them a month ago stating I want to end my contract they tell me it's coming to and end on 11 March I advise yes that is why I am calling to let you know that day no phone closer to the time I phone over a week ago they tell me know you have to give 30 day notice I say but i did they say no there is no record only way is call on the day the contract ends I call today they tell me 30 day notice is the only way there is no way around it at this time iv lost my job literally have no money to pay necessities and MTN still expects me to pay a extra month when my contract is legally and right fully ending today

I will not advise anyone to do business with them as they are dis loyal and over charge people, check your bill very carefully
