MTN Refuses to cancel my MTN Home Internet Premium Month2Month Contract

MTN Refuses to cancel my MTN Home Internet Premium Month2Month since Jun 2024. I have returned their device yet they still continue to debit my account, their cancellations department (135) keep sending me back to the store who cannot help.

I have blocked the debit order and now MTN wants to take credit action against for their inability to cancel the month to month contract.

Be careful that MTN doesn't do this to you.. It's been a great pain and stress for me...
