MTN refuses to cancel my insurance although contract has ended
I had a contract with MTN which was great while it lasted, i also had insurance for the device from MTN, the contact with MTN expired last year and i requested that they also deactivate my insurance now that im done paying for the device.
Ive been sent pillar to post and now i need to contact Admyntec directly but that wasnt the case when i got the insurance. Why is MTN not dealing this i reach out to MTN numerous times to get this sorted im still being billed, but i do not want to pay cause the service has just been so poor. This is not the first time i had to cancel insurance, i was successful the first time and it was done in a timely manner however now im not understanding why they cannot handle this.
Insurance is a month to month service, if i fail to pay they should not continue billing it simply means i am no longer covered but because of this greed they continue billing me and make attempts to debit my account.
Can you please assist, this is going to ruin my credit score!
I HAVE RECENTLY LEARNED THAT MY CREDIT HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY THIS.
HOW IS IT THAT INSURANCE CAN BE A HARD OBLIGATION??? IF I DONT PAY FOR A SINGLE MONTH THEREFORE I SHOULD NO LONGER BE COVERED!!!!
SO HOW THE HELL AM I OBLIGATED TO A POINT THAT MY CREDIT SCORE IS NOW AFFECTED BECAUSE OF MISSED INSURANCE PAYMENTS??? DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO YOU???
IM REALLY ANNOYED BECAUSE WHEN THIS WAS FINALLY CANCELLED YOU MTN TOLD ME THAT NOTHING IS GOING TO COME BACK TO ME IT WILL JUST BE WRITTEN OFF
