MTN REFUSES TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I had a contract with MTN that I have been contacting MTN to cancel since last year September 2022. They are always invoicing me for that account, they refuse to close that account I don’t know why. I have paid more than 15k since last year September for that contract. I really don’t know what to do for them to cancel that contract.
