MTN refuses to cancel my contract.

I have been trying to cancel my mtn contract for years now. I am convinced they are forcefully retaining customers. No one is willing to assist in their call center, you will be transferred to 5 people then the call will be eventually dropped. I am switching to other networks, this nonsense has to stop!
