MTN REFUSES TO CANCEL INSURANCE

I lost my device and called MTN insurance which is billed with my device , MTN said I’m not insured. I formally cancelled the insurance on the 21st of November but today I get a bill and I must pay for insurance that will cover me from 12 Dec till Jan. WHAT THE **** IS THIS? I paid the insurance from 2023 April and wasn’t covered when I lost my device now you ****en want me to continue paying. Are you ****en insane. I don’t want your ****en insurance you blood ****mers. I advise any sane person to cancel any contract or insurance with MTN as they sure will **** you up.
