MTN REFUSES TO CANCEL INSURANCE

<p>In October 2016 i lost my Samsung Tablet whihc i had insured with MTN, i put in a claim form onthe 30 October 2016. Three months down the line i wanted to follow up and i was told there was no claim. I contacted Obudsman and only then a claim was registered. After some time 4 service agents called and all of them wanting information from me. In the end the claim was rejected in April 2017. I then wanted them to cancel the insurance since the cellphone insured was no longer available. MTN has refused to cancel this claim. Even now they are still charging me the insurance. I am so upset with this company, to think with their millions ther still holding on to my 200 which is also not the money we agreed upon. My insurance premium was 93 and somehow unilateraly they decided to 236, This is a big company but they get their profits unscrouplously. I am so dissappointed with them </p>
