MTN refuses to cancel expired contract. Payed up. Terrible service

Thank you for taking my call earlier. Please see below communication with MTN regarding my concern.

I am unable to cancel this contract even thou it is expired. Mtn refuses to send me the copy of my contract proving that this contract was started in Nov 2018. They claim it started in Feb 2019.

They changed their systems so I am unable to retrieve the records.

Please help me. I am having the worst experience ever!!!!

When I call MTN I am told my account is now owing R0.00. however SAYA is still contacting me to make payment.

Can you guys please fix this issue and cancel my contract, it expired end of September. You guys started charing me month to month rates end of October.

Now all of a sudden you are saying it expires end of Feb which is incorrect. My contract commenced in September 2018.

Please forward the correct info to SAYA because I am being charged for the communication from them.

Please see attached proof of payment for MTN ACCOUNT.

I have logged a legal query with MTN – ref# ***.

The reason for the legal query is that I was aware that I only owed MTN – for 3 months areas R736.

And my contract expired the end of September 2020. after which I was only charged R99 per month, at the end of October.

My MTN bill reflecs this,(see attached) as well as the MTN system, when I went in store to enquire.

MTN however handed my account over to SAYA with a Capital balance of R2561.6. (see balance sheet below)

So therefore I would like to know where exactly that amount came from.
