MTN refuses to cancel contracts!!!

I've been trying to cancel an MTN contract but I cannot because no one wants to offer me assistance. I've tried email(), call(), and even on their Twitter inbox.

It seems like the only way to deal with them is shaming and reversing their debit orders, even though that'll have a negative impact on credit score.
