MTN refuses to cancel a contract thats finished.

Mtn cant make their mind up, they refuse to cancel my contract. Reason is they say I owe them 400+-, but last week they mailed me and said I owe them 1900+-, and now I got a mail I owe them 3000+- even though I blocked the sim. In my opinion the contract must be cancelled as I asked for in APRIL, and the rep**** on HELLOPETER that they \WOULD"cancel it on 17 May. So"

Our records show that your account is currently in 60 days arrears, the number cannot be cancel if the account is not current.
