MTN refuses to cancel a contract of a router in their possession

MTN won't cancel my contract. In September 2025 I received a router, so the area in which the router does not have the proper coverage for the speed of the router. So I had to return the router and cancel the contract. I kept calling MTN and they sent me from pillar to post.

I returned the router and received the IRM number so that I can cancel but still I couldn't be assisted. Long story short, they are debating me for a router I do not have and canceling and refunding me seems to be an issue.
