MTN refuses to assist

I was told the only thing necessary in order for my contract to approved was the proof of address which I had provided now I am being told by the store manager that my application was declined as I was vetted to only afford R600 on a month to month basis with various investments and a 3.4million rand bank balance and an additional 30k salary slip without any expenses or accounts I’m being told I can’t afford R2000 how is that possible? How was I approved only to be declined again, Store managers can’t seem to assist not can my sales consultant so I’m actual fact MTN doesn’t deal with customers they are only using systems what purpose do managers then serve? Why can the store manager not contact or liaise with other management instead he is also telling me he has no idea how they are approving me for only R600, When my affordability is evident. My company foster Toyota motor group takes all our contracts through MTN hence I made the decision to keep my business with you for this application as Telkom was more than happy to assist.after investing two days of being given the run around and assured all needed for my order to be complete was proof of address im now being told another story of anything I would think MTN is doing everything in their power to decline my application as if my business is not value. I’m tired of being told to contact AB and C i want a manager who has the capabilities to rectify this matter to contact me immediately I do not want to have to take this to News outlets that MTN can approve contracts for people earning R3500 but decline me who has millions and most certainly isn’t a high risk customer after giving me a run around I can assure you if this isn’t sorted I will take my business elsewhere all of it and furthermore expose MTN for the manner in which they dealt with this application considering all contributing factors... This is not the way to deal with customers and a terrible reflection on management at MTN. I want to be dealt with by a regional matter as I will not leave this matter unresolved
