MTN Refuses emailing copy of contract

Got a contract with MTN from 2019 April; yet the consultants are all refusing to email me the copy thereof. I am being punished for taking the stupid service over the phone. Despite debiting me monthly with my other contracts with MTN, I am being denied this service. The so called company I took the contract with, also refers me back to MTN.

Please help. As usual, for MTN, I always enjoy service if it comes through you, Hellopeter.
