MTN refuses bank account switching

With regards to ref : *** - you can't change my banking details even though I sent you proof of the existence of the bank account ? You can't send me an email or give me a call explaining why it can't be done ? Look MTN - I'm switching bank accounts and ALL other debit orders have already been switched. You are literally the ONLY company who refused to use the new bank account. Well, you're not going to get paid as the 'old account' closes at the end of the month.
