Mtn refused to give me additional contract

Good day. I currently app**** for an additional contract with Mtn and the consultant said she'll call me back to let me know the feedback. 5 minutes later I got an sms saying my application was dinied.

I pay R254 for my old contract, they refused to give me a phone but increased my usage limit to R660 Rands. If I use the rest of my usage limit I'll end up paying more than R900, like this past month I paid R775. If they can give me so much usage limit why don't they convert it to a phone worth that money??? I pay my phone via a debit order.
