Mtn refuse to terminate contract

My *** data only contract expired last yearon 11 August 2020. I made several attempts asking the company to terminate the contract. I called and sent emails. They responded and promised several times to terminate the contract. Request fell on deaf ears. They still load the data and I DON'T REALLY NEED THE DATA. Can you please assist by punching sense into those day light ******s called Mtn to terminate the contract. I am losing a lot of money as a poor person, and need the money for other personal c****s. Please Hellopeter.
