MTN Refuse to Refund termination fee after reinstating my Contract.

MTN handed my account unfairly to debt collectors. Besides the fact that they did me dirty, I paid the account in fully including the charges. Upon phoning them that I have made a settled a payment. They further request me to pay for reinstatement of my account. I did pay them so I can conclude the contract i have with them.

I understand that the amount that was handed over included a termination fee however the contract is ongoing.

Calling their call center for crediting my account, I have been taken from pillar to post, from legal department, retention, Crediting, enquires, business department, collections and and....

I have launched a complaint with their complains department and not one has come back to me to correct this issue. I am talking about over R4000 that needs to be credited on my account.

I have grown deadly frustration now and I on the edge to do something that i will regret as this money I worked hard for and cannot allow someone to just take.

I send them email, after emails, calls after calls and still no success.

Hello Peter i hope you can assist me to find attention from MTN. I have send an email to ombudsman and I have no trust on them as well.
