MTN refuse to refund me (4TH time writing this)

<p>FOURTH TIME!!!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I have wrote about this numerous times over the past 2 months, and this was MTN's last response from March</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>"Kindly be advised that a refund request *** was logged on the 07/04/2016 for the months billed for. Please be advised that the turnaround time for the request is 7/14 working days. <br /> <br /> Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you.<br /> <br /> Regards<br /> Nompumelelo<br /> REQ:***"</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I have waited patiently, for close to 20 working days now!!! Still no refund!!!!</p> <p>1. Thankfully, MTN has finally grown a brain and stopped charging me money in April.</p> <p>2. But they still refuse to refund the money that they charged me on 29-March! Even though they said it takes 7-14 working days! I do not want to wait any longer to hear your ****py response about another 7-14 working days!</p> <p>Call me or email me and stop this ****ING **** response about how it's been process!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>PAY ME MY MONEY, STOP BEING ****ING ZUMA!!! (Even Zuma had to repay the money he stole)</p>
