MTN Refuse to clear my name after Rehabilitation

I was sequestrated in 2008 and my MTN account was part of the insolvency. However in 2012 I was rehabilitated. MTN however refuse to clear my name on their system. This is not in accordance with the insolvency act that states that once a person is rehabilitated, that person is discharged of all debts which were due, or the cause of which had arisen, before the sequestration. Section 129 of the Insolvency Act.
