MTN refuse to cancel my account!!!

I wrote on hellopeter over a week ago on this, and the response was that they would look into it and then no word, no credit back into my account. Like I said, MTN ****ING REFUSE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! STOP replying on Hellopeter and pretend to the world that you will do something about it, because you do **** all!<br> <br> I moved to China in early March-2016. Before I left South Africa, I made the point to call MTN to cancel my contract and was informed that it will be cancelled and I will not be billed for March.<br> Surprise, surprise. MTN sends me a bill for March!<br> I wrote an email to them, explaining the situation, saying that I did cancel the contract in Feb, I am no longer in the country, I will not waste my time and money to call MTN help line to wait an hour in order for them to do what they should have done correctly in the first place.<br> MTN wrote back, eventually, and thsi was their exact wording:<br> \We apologize for the delayed response.<br> Kindly be advised that your account is still active.<br> We trust that you find the above in order.\"<br> <br> "
