MTN refuse to cancel failed router contract

MTN is robbing people money with their router contract's that do not work and the keep demanding monthly debit order...RUN AWAY FROM MTN they won't answer your calls or emails and they will take you back and forth when you want to cancel. I am escalating my matter to legal advisory.
