MTN refuse to assist with repairs on samsung phone
Hi<br> <br> I have a contract with MTN that I renewed roughly 8 months ago while visiting my son in Johannesburg. The battery is causing issues with the phone and it doesn't even last through the night on a full charge with no use. When I took the phone to MTN in George, I was informed that the phone's battery only has a 6 month warranty. This I know to be untrue especially as its known that the Samsung phone I have has a battery issue.<br> I find it utterly ridiculous that MTN refuses to assist me with getting the phone repaired either by MTN or by Samsung.<br> Perhaps its time to move my business elsewhere MTN after having my contract with you for ages.....?
