MTN Refuse sale of Cellphone
I have a contract with MTN and my Samsung S5 was ****** during a burglary. I now want to purchase the new Samsung S6 Edge and has approached several MTN stores to pre-order but they are not willing to do it - only on upgrades. Send E-Mail to Head Office but no reply. Why do they want to force me to go to either Incredible Connection or a Samsung Brand Store where I can pre-order it. Been with MTN for Years and now they are not willing to do business with me...VERY POOR SHOW.

Keep your phone, your network and the rest. I will complete my contract with a cheapie bought at Edgars and will move on to another Provider which might recognize me as a customer.

I will purchase the Samsung S6 Edge from a Samsung Brand Store tomorrow as I am presently in Durban and will always remember how your service \sucks". I am sure Samsung Brand Store at the Pavilion would love to accept my R15 000-00 in cash which you refuse.

"""
