MTN Refusal to sell a product advertised for whole month claiming it does not exist.

I have been applying for an upgrade online at MTN, submitted application many times, no call back, Alerted MTN on twitter, they said, they will call back, nothing. I eventually call in on Sales department and spoke to Alston Singh, and then Nomthandazo Nkuna, on different days at ( ********** 667) who both admitted that the product is advertised online, but on the same breath say, could not assist saying this product that is advertised on the very MTN website does not exist on the system. Alston Singh had even went on to say he could offer me the product on special- with exactly same deal, however he wanted me to pay an extra R40 , why? His explanation was that it is on special, so I explained the alleged special is expensive compared to advertised price.

Here is the URL for the page where the product is advertised:

URL: https://shop.mtn.co.za/crs/jump/product/562085/LG-Stylus-3?pageid=3013&pageName=overView&prod_id=562085&overViewactiveClass=active

MTN reference number for the requested upgrade is: ********** 02, and ********** 56; Ticket#: ********** 4

Both people eventually said they will call back, both failed to do so, when I called Alston Singh he told me he is now on his way to holiday, he is driving in traffic; yet he has promised to call back. IMAGINE! No call back from Nomthandazo Nkuna, The is my second worst experience with this service provider; after being a loyal client for 10 years. It is shocking that MTN would advertize a product on website whole month and then turn around and claim it does not exist. MTN, please provide the product as advertized, MTN you indicated that I am due for upgrade and that I qualify for upgrade.
