Mtn refusal to cancel contracts

MTN refuses to cancel my month-to-month contract and is continuing to debit me for a contract that I cancelled. I have emailed about 50 different useless consultants to no avail. Despite cancelling my contract in February 2026 today I received an sms saying I will be debited again in April 2026. I feel like I'm being ****** .
