They have this service providers like Mondo who calls you to Sell products with false information and when you find out they **** and cancell since you already provided your banking details and they confirmed its cancelled continue to deduct money from your account. When you finally realize and request your money back and give you the run around for more than a year just to refund you. When you follow up they request stupid things like you provide your ID number but they will ask you to send them your account number is this not linked with your ID number when you provide ID shouldn't you profile appear with the MTN Account number I am confused by even typing this. I have a contract with them since 2003 that is 20 yrs of loyalty vs how they treat me. When I called Mondo why they can't refund me they said they're awaiting authorization from MTN.
