MTN Refund *****

I have been an MTN Client for over 10 year and the covage is okay but service sucks. I cancelled the contact with them and they still deducted payment 6 months after it was cancelled. They do not want t send me the recorded phone call where I cancelled my contract. Do not take out a contact as they wont cancel it or pay back your money if they make a mistake.

I cancelled my MTN contract on the 27 July 2021 which expired 27 August 2021 as per their one month cancellation policy. The call reference is R***.

I was still being billed for the cancelled contract until end February 2022. I followed up in store on the 31/01/2021 at Cancel Walk branch and they cancelled it again.

I contacted them again on the 04/03/2022 12:35: ref ***. I have not received my refund from September 2021 to February 2022.

I have requested the telephone call they record on 27 July 2021 and they have not made it available and are unwilling to resolve this matter.

Can you please assist me.
