MTN REFUND

Mtn sent me an email on 27/01/2026 regarding a payment they couldn't deduct from my account for my phone contract and also included a link in the email for me to make a manual payment, immediately I actioned the request and made the manual payment, 2 minutes later they deducted my account, I logged the matter same day 27/01/2026 for a refund on one payment, I was told it would take a maximum of 3days for the process,I did not have a problem and understood, 30/01/2026 afternoon I called to do a follow up, suddenly my matter is still being processed and now out of the blue the turnaround time is 7 working days, and it's clear no one is even attending the matter because I'm even getting any feedback emails from then as promised, you are very quick to take people's monies yet you need a whole flipping year to return it, I sent them all docs they requested (proof of payments) still they dragging, their records should simply show them they recieved two payments for the account and just simply refund the one payment, but noooo,what the heck are you ****** investigating when everything is all up in your face....this kind of service is disgusting.
