MTN refund bunch of ****** and and poor service delivery

MTN owe me refund as I switched my contract from contract to prepaid. Ref no *** Case no BO*** As usual from MTN extremely poor service!!! Send me round and round and after confirmation they have processed my cancelation fees say they can't to a reckon to refund me. When you owe them money they take you to court. When they owe money they just don't care. And to top it off I had a credit form an OTE line that has been lying there for more than a year. Probably hoping I would forget about it so they can take it for themselves!!

Really mad and angry and tryinging to maintain my cool while writing this review.
