Mtn refund

I was overcharged by mtn in February 2023, I called them for a refund however nothing has happened,they have acknowledged the error on their side but still nothing has happened, everytime when I call them they log a query for me and it ends there, I am very disappointed with the service I have received and to think I have 3 active contracts with the company. I will nolonger upgrade with you guys.
