MTN Refund

2 months ago, I closed all my accounts and was quoted R10k to much and was told I will be refunded.

Not sure why MTN has a customer care, as I failed to understand why it takes more than 40 days to process my refund. On numerous occasions I had to submit paperwork. Numerous calls has been logged, and to no surprise their last commitment was also not met.

As per previous messages, it was said 21 days for my refund to be refunded, then it was said 4 to 26 hours, and then it was said 3 to 5 days, then it was said an email was send to speed up the process. Then it was said 5 days, and your last commitment was 7 to 10 days.

It is quite clear that MTN is not going to refund my money.
