MTN Refund

I have Cancelled my mtn home router and gave them a 30 days Notice i have received an invoice they are saying i have a credit, but i cant be refunded they say they want my 3 months bank statement to show the amount of the refund like how do i send an amount that is owed to me, i want what is due to me
