MTN refund and delivery process is disappointing

Getting a contract from MTN is disappointing , they promised to deliver with DSV in 3 working days but did not pitch up on delivery day and they then reschedule 3 more times and still didn't pitch up for delivery and I cancelled the contract and still haven't received my refund that I app**** for a month ago from MTN because the Credits department doesn't pick up any of my calls. They are very quick to take your money but when a refund is requested for it's not completed on time.
