MTN Refund and clear my name

Good day

I made a laptop contact open on February 2021, when i got home I saw the screen was faulty and on the same day i took it back to MTN Cape Gate. they told me that they cant take the laptop back because they contract was already approved and i already took the laptop out the store and i must contact the UEC Support Technician company to collect the laptop. They came and collect it and and send via email that the laptop cant be used because the shop gave it to me faulty. Since that time MTN still charged me for the laptop that i do not have and my phone contracted cant be paid because then the la[top alsp goes off. i felled that i should not be paying for the laptop because i do not have a laptop that i am using.

this has been going on for 3 years now and i am really tired. I am now going to take action to my rights because i feel this is very unfair to me and my name.
