MTN REFUND!

In 2018 I received a call from an MTN consultant who sold me a tablet with a router. When i received the device i didnt like it so i returned it to MTN menlyn within the grace period. MTN failed to inform me that i need to contact the cancellation department to actually cancel the contract - they debited my account for over 12 months and everytime i followed up on the cancellation they informed me about back logs and other nonsense. They eventually cancelled the contract THIS YEAR and i have been requesting a refund for all those extra premiums they were taking but i keep being taken from pillar to post. I feel no one in the call center is willing to assist! I want my monies back - this is ***** -
